1. About Us

clovical connects local boutique clothing shops to online customers. Products listed on our site are sourced from independent local shops; we facilitate the sale, marketing, and delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this website and place orders. If you are under 18, please use this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders

• An order is confirmed only once payment (online via Cashfree, or Cash on Delivery) is successfully placed and acknowledged by us.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment made will be refunded.
• Product images are as accurate as possible, but actual color/fabric may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
• We accept payment via Cashfree (UPI/Cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for your location.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via our courier partners (Nimbuspost, Shadowfax). Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only. To initiate a return, email us at eclovical@gmail.com with your order details — return requests submitted outside this 24-hour window will be automatically rejected.

Valid reasons for a return include: wrong clothing item received, wrong color delivered, a damaged or defective piece, or wrong size delivered.

Returns are not accepted for: change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer, used or washed items, or items missing their original tags or packaging.

Refunds for online payments are credited back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

clovical acts as a facilitator between local shops and customers. While we take reasonable care in curating listings, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, product defects from the source shop, or courier-related issues, beyond the value of the order itself.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the clovical name, logo, and design — is our property and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Holalkere, Karnataka.
